TBETAINE CA (Cocamidopropyl Betaine)

• This is a betaine-type zwitterionic surfactant derived from coconut oil (palm oil) and DMAPA (dimethylaminopropylamine). It has a function to reduce irritation of anionic surfactants and is used as a main ingredient in personal skin-care and haircare products due to the stability in a wide range of pH, and it concurrently provides effects of excellent cleaning, foaming, thickening and conditioning for them.
• The foam generated by TBETAINE CA is used in a wide range of fields such as hand sanitizer, face wash, bubble bath, shampoo, soap, cosmetics and etc., because it makes small and long-lasting bubbles unlike the anionic large bubbles broken easily, so that it is used in sterilization as well as in hygiene products.
• Because it is a hypoallergenic substance that can be used even on sensitive skin, it can be used as a baby product. In particular, since it is a positive ion, it can be used as a function to reduce odor or remove dust.
